Portsmouth Communications have been supporting the telecoms for the Domino’s Pizza Solent franchise for over 15 years, providing telephone systems and support.
In 2016 we carried out telecoms site audits for 22 sites, itemising their existing services and analysing their BT charges.
We were able to provide a significant cost saving and at the same time streamline the billing process going from over 90 BT bills per month to just 1 from Portsmouth Communications. Our free call reporting service, which is emailed automatically once a week, identifies each stores number of unanswered calls and potential missed sales allowing the store to adjust resources accordingly.
We have developed an in depth understanding of the Domino’s telecommunications requirements and are now in the process of upgrading their telephone system hardware and migrating their BT services to Portsmouth Communications.
As stores go through the refurbishment process we also provide on-site engineering services to ensure trading continuity and have been available 24/7 to assist with any in store issues.
