Portsmouth Communications are constantly monitoring the iPECS Cloud platform and our engineers operate 24/7 observing the platform and network. The traffic lights indicate the status of each of the iPECS Cloud components. If an issue is found on the platform, portal, network or any component within iPECS Cloud, the status will indicate amber or red depending on the severity.
